As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with various banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries. You will also be responsible for promoting and cross-selling bank products and services to meet customer needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Process various banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and goals
• Handle and balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Identify and resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
• Stay updated on bank policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers
• Adhere to all security and compliance procedures to protect the bank and its customers
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch targets and goals
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
• Perform other duties as assigned by the branch manager or supervisor

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of banking software
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance procedures
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
