Job Descriptions

  • Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, training and development, and HR administration.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and support a positive employee relations environment.
  • Coordinate probation reviews, performance appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
  • Verify attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll data to ensure accurate payroll processing and statutory compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR reports, and HRIS data.
  • Coordinate training programmes, employee engagement activities, and HR-related projects.
  • Review and improve HR policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations, payroll administration, recruitment, performance management, and HR administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking employees or stakeholders.

Location: Senai, Johor

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8:30AM - 5:30PM)

Salary Range: RM5,500 - 7,500 (negotiable)
