Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician — $25.00/hr and up

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:15 PM, with possible rotation between 2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights

We're hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our team, performing hands-on repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance in an industrial setting. This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working both in-house and in the field.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, including high and low voltage systems
• Conduct field service visits to resolve maintenance requests on-site
• Handle minor repairs: painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and general upkeep
• Fabricate and install electrical components as needed
• Collaborate with fellow technicians on complex repairs
• Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report issues to management

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of maintenance experience preferred
• Manufacturing maintenance experience (required)
• Experience with PLCs, electrical systems, and pneumatics
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrician practices and fault diagnosis
• Comfort working with high-voltage systems and safety compliance
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, MS Access, and Outlook
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Mechanical knowledge (1+ year preferred)
