Job description
Role Overview: As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be instrumental in building relationships with stakeholders, managing recruitment operations, and supporting our Talent Acquisition Team. Your role will involve proactive candidate sourcing, administrative support, and ensuring alignment with our corporate values and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders by understanding their hiring needs and proactively recruiting candidates who meet the required skills for each position.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition Team with maintaining recruitment files, accounts, trackers, templates, and guides to ensure efficient operations.
- Operational Representation: Represent the Talent & Culture Group by partnering with Operations Programs, Client Services, and Business Development to support organizational growth and expansion.
- Culture Promotion: Uphold and promote our corporate ELITE Values, contribute to maintaining an Awesome Culture, and foster a "Best in Class" mindset across all levels of the company.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior recruitment internship or experience in a BPO Industry/Recruitment Firm is an advantage.
- Training: Relevant training or knowledge of using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an advantage.
- Skills: Proactive, detail-oriented, goal-driven with a can-do attitude.
- Interpersonal: Competent in building and managing relationships at all organizational levels.
- Technical: Proficient in MS Office programs and administration workstreams.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Amenable to report in mid-shift.
