Korean Speaking In-house Account Management Coordinator

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned customer accounts.

• Support customers’ day‑to‑day logistics and supply chain operations in accordance with SOPs.

• Coordinate internally with origin offices, hubs, vendors, brokers, and 3PLs to ensure smooth execution.

• Manage shipment bookings, routing, and operational approvals (air/ocean/factory loads).

• Handle shipment exceptions, delays, and non‑compliance, ensuring timely resolution.

• Conduct root cause analysis for service failures and drive corrective actions.

• Monitor and verify SLA performance and shipment timelines.

• Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and customers on shipment status and risks.

• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for customer accounts.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and take on additional responsibilities as required.

• University graduates with 1-2 years of working experience in the freight forwarding industry are required.

• Fresh graduates with positive attitude are also welcome.

• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English, Mandarin and Korean.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, very customer minded and detail oriented.

• General PC knowledge dealing with e-mail and Windows applications.
