About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Lead – Employee Onboarding to join our People Team. This is an individual contributor role responsible for leading end-to-end onboarding operations, driving best-in-class induction programs, and ensuring a world-class joining experience for employees across all levels, including senior leadership hires. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in onboarding operations, stakeholder management, employee experience, and process excellence, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and delivering an exceptional first impression for every new joiner.

Key Responsibilities Lead End-to-End Onboarding Own and drive the complete onboarding lifecycle from offer acceptance to successful employee integration. Deliver a seamless and engaging joining experience across functions and business units. Manage pre-boarding activities, documentation, background verification, and joining formalities. Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, IT, Finance, Admin, Payroll, and Hiring Managers to ensure onboarding readiness. Act as the primary point of contact for all onboarding-related queries and escalations. Ensure adherence to onboarding timelines, service levels, and governance standards. Lead Induction & Orientation Programs Design, own, and facilitate engaging induction programs across locations and business verticals. Conduct onboarding sessions independently for employees across all levels, including senior leadership hires. Collaborate with business leaders to curate impactful onboarding content and presentations. Continuously improve induction programs to enhance employee engagement, cultural integration, and productivity. Gather feedback and implement improvements to elevate the onboarding experience. Stakeholder Leadership Build strong partnerships with Business Leaders, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, IT, Admin, Finance, and Payroll teams. Ensure a premium onboarding experience for leadership and critical hires through proactive planning. Guide hiring managers on onboarding best practices and employee integration. Provide regular updates and insights on onboarding performance and employee experience metrics. Process Excellence & Governance Drive standardization and continuous improvement across onboarding processes. Maintain onboarding documentation, trackers, SOPs, and audit readiness. Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and internal governance. Support strategic initiatives related to employee experience and onboarding transformation. Reporting & Analytics Monitor key onboarding metrics including joining conversion, onboarding completion, employee feedback, and induction effectiveness. Build dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights. Analyze trends and recommend improvements to optimize employee experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.

Experience 5–8 years of experience in Employee Onboarding, HR Operations, Employee Experience, or HR Shared Services. Proven experience managing onboarding programs at scale. Strong experience independently conducting induction sessions. Experience onboarding leadership and executive-level hires will be an added advantage.
