JOB SUMMARY

Acrisure is seeking a Managed Care Program Analyst to support the development, implementation, and ongoing success of managed care programs and strategic initiatives. This role will work closely with leadership, internal business partners, and external vendors to help improve operational performance, support program execution, and deliver exceptional client service.

The Managed Care Program Analyst will assist with reporting, data analysis, project coordination, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, analyzing data, improving processes, and supporting business operations in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the day-to-day administration and coordination of managed care programs and strategic initiatives
  • Collect, analyze, and report on program performance metrics and operational data
  • Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and other materials for leadership and client meetings
  • Assist with implementation of new programs, services, and operational initiatives
  • Coordinate activities across managed care, claims, operations, and vendor partners
  • Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Assist with vendor communications, documentation, and ongoing program support
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and client deliverables
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in insurance, managed care, healthcare administration, workers' compensation, business operations, or a related field beneficial
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to analyze data and present information in a meaningful way
  • Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments
  • Experience supporting projects, reporting, or operational initiatives beneficial

EDUCATION AND LICENSES

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Insurance, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field beneficial
  • Relevant industry certifications or additional professional training beneficial

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
