The Opportunity
This position works out of our Novi Beograd office in the Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC) Division.
As the Senior District Specialist you will be responsible for visits to targeted customers, mainly Endocrinologists, General practitioners and Pharmacies, according to business needs and Cycle strategy as well as implementation of different types of marketing projects in the field.
What You’ll Do
Regular visit of targeted HCPs according to business needs and Cycle strategy / Maintain sales call frequencies and number of visits as per plan.
Grow Product knowledge by attendance at conferences and seminars
Understand market dynamics and adjust activities and marketing plans accordingly
Ensure proper field execution of defined marketing activities
Drive for results, provide input for sales plan and updates
Work with other Abbott departments/divisions and distributors to find most effective way of increasing performance and/or improving productivity through cooperation
Provide feedback to Management on important marketing and sales topics through monthly reports (highlights, forecast, activity plans)
Show Abbott standards and key competencies
Ensure that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements
Identify and execute plans / projects for additional short and long-term business growth (with finance, regulatory, outside resources)
Work with other colleagues and departments to find most effective way of increasing performance through strategic cooperation and/or improving productivity
Required Qualifications
University degree
Min. 2 years experience as high performing Representative in Medical/Pharmaceutical sector
Good English language skills and Fluent local language
Excellent listening and communication skills
Computer literacy
