Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage rosters across OSHC and Holiday Programs.

  • Coordinate staffing to ensure service coverage and compliance.

  • Respond to daily workforce changes and staffing needs.

  • Partner with Area Managers to deliver staffing solutions.

  • Coordinate casual staff and agency bookings.

  • Ensure staffing ratios and child safety requirements are met.

  • Improve rostering processes and workforce planning.

  • Have experience coordinating rosters or workforces across multiple locations.
  • Come from an OSHC, education or childcare background.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same.
  • Love solving problems and keeping things organised.
  • Communicate confidently and build strong working relationships.
  • Know your way around workforce systems and compliance requirements.
  • Hold a degree in HR, Business, Education or a related field (preferred).
  • Can occasionally be flexible outside standard business hours to support services.
