Workforce Coordinator
Job description
Key Responsibilities
Manage rosters across OSHC and Holiday Programs.
Coordinate staffing to ensure service coverage and compliance.
Respond to daily workforce changes and staffing needs.
Partner with Area Managers to deliver staffing solutions.
Coordinate casual staff and agency bookings.
Ensure staffing ratios and child safety requirements are met.
Improve rostering processes and workforce planning.

- Have experience coordinating rosters or workforces across multiple locations.
- Come from an OSHC, education or childcare background.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same.
- Love solving problems and keeping things organised.
- Communicate confidently and build strong working relationships.
- Know your way around workforce systems and compliance requirements.
- Hold a degree in HR, Business, Education or a related field (preferred).
- Can occasionally be flexible outside standard business hours to support services.
