Job description
- Perform grass cutting and vegetation control within the solar farm.
- Clean drains, culverts, and water channels.
- Carry out housekeeping and cleaning activities around the site.
- Collect and dispose of rubbish, debris, and vegetation waste.
- Assist in solar panel cleaning and other maintenance activities when required.
- Support technicians and engineers during site works.
- Use tools and equipment safely and maintain them in good condition.
- Follow all safety requirements and wear required PPE.
- Perform any other general duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Minimum PMR/PT3/SPM or equivalent.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
- Willing to work in a team and travel to different solar farm locations according to the work schedule.
- Willing to work overtime when required.
- Able to operate grass-cutting equipment and basic hand tools.
- Responsible, hardworking, and safety conscious.
- Relevant experience in grass cutting, landscaping, cleaning, maintenance, or general labour work is an advantage.
