Job description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to convert prospects into sales.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to the management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and customer visits as required.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers in line with company policies.
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level; a Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Business Management will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target oriented mindset with proven ability to meet sales goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel.
