Job description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to convert prospects into sales.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to the management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and customer visits as required.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers in line with company policies.
  • Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level; a Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Business Management will be an added advantage.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target oriented mindset with proven ability to meet sales goals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
  • Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Company maintain bike and fuel will be provided.
