Site Analysis & Testing: Conduct surveys to optimize antenna placement, manage capacity planning, and validate optimal signal coverage. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed, up-to-date architectural diagrams of the entire radio ecosystem.

Operations & Lifecycle Management System Administration: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for radio systems, leveraging proactive monitoring, performance metrics, and KPIs to identify trends and prevent downtime. Asset & EOL Management: Direct the full hardware lifecycle, including inventory management, maintenance planning, technology refresh cycles, and phased end-of-life (EOL) replacement strategies. Performance Optimization: Analyze radio traffic and network congestion to proactively forecast and execute infrastructure upgrades.

Required Skills and Experience 5+ years of experience in RF (Radio Frequency) engineering, wireless network architecture, telecommunications, or a related technical field. Proven experience managing enterprise-scale radio infrastructures and transitioning systems from outsourced integrators to internal ownership and management. Strong understanding of RF principles, wireless communications, system architecture, and enterprise radio solutions. Extensive experience managing vendors, negotiating contracts, enforcing SLAs/MSAs, and maintaining strategic supplier relationships. Highly organized with demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and full hardware lifecycles, from procurement through end-of-life planning. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency creating architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and operational procedures. Ability to act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams and leadership, ensuring radio infrastructure initiatives align with broader business objectives and operational needs.
