We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst to join our procurement team and report into a member of the Procurement Leadership team. This role will play a key part in driving procurement transformation through data, technology, and automation.
The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with experience in Power BI/dashboard development, procurement technologies, and emerging AI solutions. This role is highly focused on enabling data-driven decision-making, improving system capabilities, and supporting digital procurement initiatives. Selected candidate must be available to work during the EU shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Power BI & Dashboard Development
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support procurement decision-making
- Translate business requirements into data models, visualisations, and KPIs
- Ensure data accuracy, usability, and stakeholder adoption
- Data Analysis & Insights
- Collect, analyse, and interpret procurement data to identify trends and optimisation opportunities
- Deliver actionable insights to support cost savings, efficiency improvements, and strategic initiatives
- Technology Implementation & Ownership
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of procurement tools and platforms (e.g. sourcing, contract management, spend analytics)
- Act as a system admin / power user, including configuration, access management, and troubleshooting
- Drive adoption and effective use of procurement technologies across the function
- AI & Automation Initiatives
- Identify and support implementation of AI-driven solutions and automation opportunities in procurement processes
- Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to integrate AI into reporting, analytics, and workflows
- Reporting & Data Governance
- Develop and maintain standardised reporting frameworks and governance practices
- Ensure consistency and integrity of data across systems and reports
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes through digitalisation, automation, and system enhancements
- Recommend and implement improvements to increase efficiency and user experience
- Supplier Performance & Analytics
- Support development of supplier performance dashboards and analytics capabilities
- Improve visibility of supplier KPIs and enable data-driven supplier management
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Procurement, Finance, IT, and other teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
- Translate technical outputs into clear, actionable business insights
- Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure reporting and system usage align with internal policies, governance standards, and best practices
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement, data analytics, BI/reporting, or similar roles
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and dashboard development
- Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel
- Experience with procurement or enterprise systems and basic system admin/support
- Understanding of data governance and reporting best practices
- Exposure to or interest in AI, automation, or digital transformation
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present clear insights and recommendations
- Knowledge of procurement processes and spend analysis
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong organisational skills
