Our award-winning rotisserie brasserie is known for incredible Irish produce , creative dishes, and unforgettable service. Located in the heart of Cork City on Washington Street , we’re proud to be the go-to spot for everything from brunch dates to celebrations.

We’re now looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable Servers to join our floor team . Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, if you’re passionate about hospitality and love working with people, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting and serving guests with warmth and efficiency
• Taking orders, running food and drinks, and managing tables
• Delivering a high standard of service in a fast-paced setting
• Helping guests feel welcome and well looked after
• Working as part of a tight-knit, supportive team
• Supporting with side duties, cleaning, and setup/close-down tasks

What We’re Looking For

• A friendly, upbeat personality and a love for great food and people
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused during busy service
• Previous experience is a bonus , but not essential — we provide full training
• Flexibility to work a mix of shifts (days, evenings, weekends)
