Job description

We are currently looking for a: Audiovisual Manager to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.

Location: Brussels Assignment: Part-time - 10 days per month Duration: 30-month

As member of a communication and content production team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content for external audiences across multiple platforms (social media, websites, campaigns).

You will contribute to the creation of engaging, storytelling-driven videos, including interviews, event coverage and promotional content, while ensuring strong visual identity and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

  • Film interviews, events, and ad hoc video requests
  • Edit and produce explainer videos, interviews, and event recaps
  • Create short-form video content for social media, websites, and YouTube
  • Add subtitles, graphics, captions, and adapt content for different formats/platforms
  • Collaborate closely with communication teams, social media managers, and stakeholders
  • Ensure consistency with branding guidelines and accessibility standards
  • Support the adaptation and repurposing of existing video content for various channels

Technical skills

  • Experience in filming and editing professional and mobile video content
  • Ability to set up and manage interview recordings, basic studio environments, and event filming
  • Strong knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro preferred, DaVinci Resolve is an asset)
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva or similar
  • Ability to create social media-ready formats (short videos, captions, subtitles)

Nice to have

  • Experience with animated explainers, intro/outro sequences, and motion design elements
  • Basic photography skills
  • Familiarity with branding guidelines

Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiovisual Production, Communication, Media, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in video production and editing
  • Strong portfolio showcasing video production work (mandatory)
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling skills
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Fluency in English is required, French is a strong asset
