Security Compliance Manager

Do you want to drive the future of security? As a Security Compliance Manager, you will Manage the delivery, implementation and oversight of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP), and specialized SCI and SAP/SAR government programs at all US Based Honeywell cleared facilities. This role is primarily responsible for supporting Facility Security Officers (FSO) and dual-role FSO/Contract Program Security Officer’s (CPSO)’s in delivering quality industrial security services. This includes: design, development, implementation, and administration of industrial security programs and procedures, ensuring compliance with all government and corporate security policy.
You will lead in developing all staff within your organization ensuring future expectations are understood by all. You will support industrial security programs nationally. You will mentor various functional project teams, lead multiple security operations efforts, and interact with site and corporate leadership. You will review and manage the investigation and reporting of compliance security violations and compromises, manage various government security reviews, and facilitate government required self-assessments.
The incumbent is challenged to define solutions to security problems that arise across all Honeywell Cleared Defense Contracting Sites (CDCs) in response to, or in anticipation of changing regulatory requirements. A successful candidate will show evidence of extensive industry and government partnership and have active roles in industry associations. You will manage people and provide an environment for development and professional growth. You will provide leadership, directing staff in support of strategy execution. You will encourage, nurture and empower employees based on their skills and developmental needs. Offer subject matter expertise to resolve staff and/or program conflict.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years Industrial Security Experience
- Must be a US citizen due to contractual requirements WE VALUE
- NISPOM/SAP/ICD program experience
- Top Secret/SCI security clearance and access
- Working with all DSCA Applications
- Proficient written & verbal communication skills
- Experience in working in a dynamic team environment
- Exhibit organizational/task prioritization skills
- Computer proficiency w/Windows and Office Products
- Knowledge of Research, Development and Acquisition (RDA)
- Completion of a Government Industrial Security Course (Special Security Officer (SSO) or Facility Security Officer (FSO)
- Completion of the FSO Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) courses and FSO Certification
- Thorough knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)
- Industrial Security Certification – ISP®, SFPC, or other industrial security professional certification
