Implementation Consultant / Aviation Software Engineer (Python)

Key responsibilities You’ll contribute to a global aviation platform used by airlines, pilots, and operations teams. The environment is demanding: systems must be reliable, accurate, and always available. Your work will sit at the intersection of engineering and real-world implementation — translating business needs into working solutions and making them function in live operational environments. In practice, you will:

Work directly with airline clients and internal stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into technical solutions

Configure, adapt, and develop Python-based services and tools to support customer implementations

Act as a bridge between engineering teams and business users — explaining, negotiating, and aligning on solutions

Handle time-sensitive deliverables and support implementations under tight deadlines

Travel internationally to support workshops, onboarding, and go-live phases

Troubleshoot issues in production environments and ensure systems perform reliably in real operations

Ideal candidate profile

• Several years in software engineering or similar roles

Strong Python skills (APIs, services, data handling in production environments)

Confidence working directly with clients or business stakeholders

Ability to operate in dynamic environments where requirements evolve

Fluent English and experience in international collaboration

Willingness to travel as part of the role

Conditions Location : Remote with some travelling to Gothenburg and to the clients

Work Model: Remote with occasional team meetings in person

Employment Type: B2B contract via KUBO

Rate: 150-230 PLN/h + additional wellbeing & training benefits
