Software Lifecycle Support / IT analyst

Salary: 500-800 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (2/3 days per week from the office)

P roject

You will be involved in a financial project focused on Software Lifecycle Management, ensuring high-quality software lifecycle data across Service Areas. The role combines operational support, stakeholder collaboration, lifecycle governance, reporting, and audit participation to help mitigate risks related to obsolete software and maintain a sustainable IT environment.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Maintenance and development of the Software Lifecycle Management process and services
• Obsolete software analysis and mitigation support
• Cooperation with application owners, architects, and stakeholders

Participation in Software Lifecycle-related audits and compliance initiatives

• Preparation of lifecycle-related reports, analyses, and recommendations

Expected competences and knowledge

• Proven experience in Software Asset Management (SAM), Software Lifecycle Management, or a related area.
• Strong understanding of software lifecycle activities, software governance, and technology environments (software and hardware).
• Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong "can-do" attitude.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of architecture principles, software processes, and governance frameworks.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills

Nice-to-have knowledge and experience

• Experience with FlexeraOne or similar SAM tools
• Knowledge of FlexNet Manager Suite, Data Platform, ITAM, ITV
• Experience with Power BI and Excel reporting
• Understanding of architecture and software governance
• Experience in software asset lifecycle management
