Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa, that provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other federal agencies, all over the world.

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Helper to assist skilled technicians and maintenance personnel in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various equipment and systems. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, physically fit, and capable of performing general labor and support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians in electrical, plumbing, and maintenance works.
• Carry, load, and unload tools, equipment, and materials as needed.
• Support installation, repair, and maintenance activities on-site.
• Perform general housekeeping and ensure work areas are clean and organized.
• Handle basic maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Assist in inventory and safekeeping of tools and materials.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
• Relevant vocational training is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Helper or Maintenance Assistant is preferred but not required.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and equipment.
• Willing to work on-site, overtime, and during weekends if required.
• Can follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Hardworking, dependable, and willing to learn.
