Corporate Analyst (Private Client) - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Purpose of the role
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Analyst to join our Operations team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the administration and maintenance of a portfolio of corporate entities while ensuring compliance with corporate governance, AML/CFT, KYC, and regulatory requirements. The role requires a strong understanding of corporate administration, customer due diligence, and operational processes within a Corporate Service Provider, financial services firm, or regulated professional services environment.
This position is ideally suited to a candidate with experience in corporate services, company administration, governance, compliance, or financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration of corporate entities, ensuring compliance with legal, governance, and internal requirements.
- Conduct KYC/CDD checks, including verification of UBOs, directors, shareholders, and other associated parties.
- Maintain company records, statutory registers, and corporate filings.
- Perform sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening.
- Assist with client onboarding, entity formations, and ongoing monitoring activities.
- Prepare corporate governance documentation, including board packs, resolutions, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate corporate changes and transactions, such as director, shareholder, and record updates.
- Liaise with clients, advisers, and internal stakeholders to obtain and manage documentation.
- Escalate compliance concerns and support audits, reviews, and regulatory inspections.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Experience in corporate services, company secretarial, legal, fund administration, or regulated financial services environments.
- Knowledge of corporate governance, AML/KYC requirements, and regulatory obligations.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and corporate administration systems.
- Relevant professional qualification (or working towards one), such as CGI/ICSA, STEP, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent, is desirable.
