Golf Pro Shop Manager

Salt Fork Lodge is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Golf Pro Shop Manager to oversee daily operations at our on-site golf pro shop located in Kimbolton, OH. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage inventory, and ensure a welcoming experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the golf pro shop, including opening and closing procedures.
• Assist customers with merchandise selection, golf equipment rentals, and tee time bookings.
• Maintain inventory levels and order merchandise as needed.
• Ensure the pro shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Oversee point-of-sale transactions and handle cash management accurately.
• Collaborate with the golf course and lodge staff to coordinate events and promotions.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service to enhance the guest experience.
• Train and supervise pro shop staff as necessary.

Requirements

• Previous retail or golf shop management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of golf equipment and terminology is a plus.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management.
• Dependable and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
