Your Day-to-Day

• Supervising F&B outlets operations and teams
• Analyzing P&L statements for each location
• Managing inventory across the area
• Resolving customer complains effectively
• Developing and mentoring teams for growth
• Conducting regular audits for compliance and efficiency
• Demonstrating strong leadership and analytical skills for strategic decision-making

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in Chain Restaurant is highly valued ( must have! )
• Proven experience in multi-unit management
• Proficiency in P&L analysis and inventory control
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset for effective decision-making
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
