Your Day-to-Day
- Design and develop engaging training materials, modules, and assessments for operational staff.
- Deliver onboarding, refresher, and new product or service training programs.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, observations, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with operational managers to align training initiatives with business goals and operational standards.
- Maintain training records and provide coaching and feedback to support employee performance improvement.
Who We’re Looking For
- 2 years+ of experience in a training or learning and development role , preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in creating engaging training content using tools like Google Slides/PowerPoint.
- Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
