Your Day-to-Day

  • Design and develop engaging training materials, modules, and assessments for operational staff.
  • Deliver onboarding, refresher, and new product or service training programs.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, observations, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with operational managers to align training initiatives with business goals and operational standards.
  • Maintain training records and provide coaching and feedback to support employee performance improvement.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 2 years+ of experience in a training or learning and development role , preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in creating engaging training content using tools like Google Slides/PowerPoint.
  • Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
