Who You Are
ExtensisHR has an exciting, part-time opportunity for a Benefits Coordinator. You will be a crucial part of the annual benefits renewal project.
- Please be advised that this is a contract position, scheduled to run from August 24th through October 9h. The duration may be subject to extension based on business needs.*
What You'll Do
- Conduct open enrollment presentations to educate employees about their benefit options including medical, dental, visions and ancillary products.
- Review presentations to ensure accuracy.
- Advises employees on an individual basis on the proper use of their benefits.
What You Bring
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong understanding of medical, dental and vision benefits.
- Empathy and understanding to assist employees with their benefit inquiries.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
What We Offer
Hourly Rate: $65.00 per hour
