National Sales Manager | FMCG Field Sales

Full Time, Permanent

Salary : £44,000 per annum + up to 20% annual bonus + company car Working : Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Territory : Nationwide

Working in partnership with BrewDog, you'll lead a national team of Sales Executives, helping to grow the brand's presence across major grocery retailers.

This is a hands-on leadership role where coaching, performance and people development are at the heart of everything you do. Working closely with BrewDog and REL Field Marketing, you'll use insight, data and field coaching to drive continuous improvement while creating a culture where your team can thrive.

As National Sales Manager, you will

  • Lead, coach and develop a national team of 11 Sales Executives
  • Spend regular time in the field, providing coaching that drives capability and sales performance
  • Use sales data and field insight to identify opportunities and implement best practice
  • Build a high-performing, engaged team focused on delivering exceptional results
  • Set clear objectives, monitor KPIs and recognise success while addressing performance where needed
  • Build strong relationships with BrewDog and internal stakeholders
  • Champion company values, ways of working and a culture of continuous improvement
  • Ensure your team has the tools, support and information they need to succeed

We're looking for someone who has

  • Experience leading and developing a field sales team
  • A successful background in FMCG field sales, ideally within grocery retail
  • A coaching-led management style with a passion for developing people
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence using data to improve performance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A full UK manual driving licence held for at least 12 months
