Schedule: Evening Shift | Full-time

How you'll make an impact in this role

Coordinate shift operations, including scheduling, assigned activities, and resources, while serving as a technical or functional resource for staff.

Assign, monitor, and review the quality and progress of work, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

Oversee supply maintenance and evaluate the orientation and training of assigned associates to ensure operational readiness.

Contribute to quality assurance by conducting regular audits and providing input for the review and evaluation of staff performance.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

  • Central Service Tech specializing in Sterile Processing credentialed from the Healthcare SterileProcessing Association preferred.
  • Central Service Tech specializing in Sterile Processing credentialed from the Certification Boardfor Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) preferred.

Education

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional requirements you'll need

  • Certification as a Sterile Processing Technician (CSCRT or CBSPD )
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sterile processing Leadership.
