• Previous experience as a Spa Manager or Director (preferred, but not required)
• Proven ability to build and retain strong teams
• Aesthetic experience and appropriate Colorado licensure (in process of obtaining license and certifications)

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests
• Train, mentor, and motivate your team to ensure a positive work environment and professional development
• Schedule staff, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure all treatments are performed to the highest standards in line with company protocols and customer expectations.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and oversee inventory control and ordering of supplies.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and analyze spa performance metrics and KPIs to make data-driven business decisions.
• Hire, train, and onboard new employees
• Perform Alchemy aesthetic services and provide hands-on service support as needed. Managers usually work one day on the floor performing Alchemy's aesthetic services.
• Support payroll processes and monthly performance evaluations
• Engage in community outreach and promotional efforts
• Stay current on industry trends and support ongoing team education

Qualifications

• Licensed Aesthetician: 1–2 years
• Must have valid and current Colorado Aesthetics License (or in the process of obtaining a license) 2) Colorado Manual Exfoliation Certification 3) Advanced Peel Certification (or in the process of obtaining mandated CO certifications)
• Proven experience in spa or wellness management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Understanding of spa services, treatments, and industry trends.
• Proficient in scheduling, booking software, and inventory management systems.
• Budget management and sales skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for delivering a high-end client experience in a relaxed and approachable environment

Work Conditions

Physical Requirements

• Standing: Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time, up to 8–10 hours per shift.
• Lifting: Must be able to lift and carry items up to 10-15lbs on a regular basis. Occasional lifting of heavier items may be required with assistance or proper equipment.
• Mobility: Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and perform other physical tasks related to the role
