Experienced Licensed Esthetician / Facial Specialist Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Hollywood, Sunrise/Sawgrass, and Weston Locations

Minimum 2 Years Hands-On Esthetics Experience Required Recent Graduates Will Not Be Considered

Full-Time Position | Evenings & Weekends Required Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred

Are you an experienced esthetician who is confident in consultations, results-driven skincare treatments, retail sales, and building long-term client relationships? Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking high-performing Licensed Estheticians who are passionate about skincare, guest results, and growing their income through performance and retention.

This role is best suited for experienced professionals who are comfortable recommending treatment plans, selling skincare products, and working in a fast-paced, performance-focused spa environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform customized facial treatments and skincare services
• Conduct in-depth skin consultations and recommend treatment plans
• Recommend retail skincare products and home-care regimens
• Build strong client retention and prebooking rates
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and visible results
• Maintain a clean, professional treatment room
• Actively help grow your book through referrals, client relationships, and outreach

Qualifications

• Active Florida Esthetician License
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on facial experience required
• Strong retail sales and consultation skills
• Confidence recommending upgrades, skincare products, and treatment plans
• Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented mindset
• Experience with DiamondGlow, dermaplaning, LED treatments, and professional skincare lines strongly preferred
