- High school diploma or GED required
- No previous phlebotomy experience or training (this is a must!)
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- A passion for helping others
- Additional Skills (required): Skill in anticipating and reacting calmly to emergency situations. Ability to follow written protocols. Ability to communicate clearly.
