What You’ll Do

• Deliver hands-on nursing care to patients with complex medical needs • Work closely with RNs, physicians, and the care team to support personalized care plans • Monitor patient status, administer medications and basic treatments, and accurately document care • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting recovery and long-term well-being • Ensure care is provided in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Active LPN license in Louisiana or compact state
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care
