- Tulsa Spine & Specialty Hospital (TSSH) specializes in surgical services, diagnostic imaging and pain management. TSSH offers state-of-the-art MRI, computed tomography and myelography technology. TSSH offers a variety of services, such as anesthesia, ear, nose & throat, general surgery, GYN, GYN/oncology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, pain management, plastic surgery, podiatry, radiology and spine care.
- Professional with twenty-four hour responsibility for the Radiology department within established standards to achieve the mission and vision of the organization
- Responsible for overall oversight, coordination and evaluation of the unit and executes supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
- Provide leadership and mentorship in the development of staff
- Responsible for monitoring and evaluating quality, patient satisfaction and employee satisfaction outcomes to implement strategies for improvement
- Act as a change agent, and will establish strong collaborative relationships with physicians
- Responsible for overall administrative, financial and clinical activities of assigned departments
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Radiology experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiology, Business or related field
- Current ARRT (R) certification
Preferred Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership or management experience in healthcare
- Master’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration
