Job Post Information* : External Company URL https://www.kuritaamerica.com/ Location : Postal Code 55445 Location : Address 6600 94th Ave N · Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, engineering, manufacturing, laboratory, and operational positions. · Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill roles. · Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define candidate profiles, and drive efficient hiring processes. · Coordinate staffing vendors and recruiting agencies, including requisition management, candidate submissions, interview scheduling, and hiring decisions. · Support contractor workforce administration, including onboarding, extensions, conversions, and offboarding activities. · Conduct candidate screening and behavioral interviews to assess qualifications and organizational fit. · Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. · Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and vendor performance to support continuous improvement and workforce planning. · Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system and related reporting tools. · Support onboarding activities to ensure successful integration of new employees and contingent workers. · Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. · 8+ years of recruiting experience supporting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial organizations. · Demonstrated experience managing staffing agencies, contingent labor programs, and contractor populations. · Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Familiarity with SuccessFactors or similar ATS platforms. · Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
