Overview

The Senior Specialist, Store Operations supports the development, execution, and continuous improvement of in-store operational processes across both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH). This role focuses on simplifying workflows, improving store efficiency, and enabling consistent execution across the stores organization.

Responsibilities

  • Process Development & Execution - support design and rollout of store processes and operating standards, identify opportunities to simplify workflows and reduce store friction, ensure consistency and clarity in store-level execution
  • Front-of-House Operations - optimize customer-facing processes such as checkout, service, and selling support; partner on initiatives to improve speed, service, and overall in-store experience, support tools and programs that enhance associate productivity on the sales floor
  • Back-of-House Operations - improve stockroom organization, inventory handling, and replenishment processes, streamline receiving, backstock, and merchandise flow, drive operational efficiency through better task management and execution standards
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - partner with merchandising, store leadership, and support teams; provide input into tools, systems, and operational improvements; support rollout of new processes and initiatives
  • Performance & Insights - analyze store performance and operational feedback; identify trends and recommend improvements; support pilot programs and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years progressive retail store operations experience including strong understanding of store-level processes for Front & Back of House, point of sale systems, transaction processing and operational functions such as inventory, logistics, stockroom, fulfillment.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into action; effective use of data analysis and reporting tools, such as dashboards, KPIs, performance metrics.
  • Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities; works efficiently in high-volume, fast-paced environments with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Systems proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams); Excel skills should include data tracking, basic formulas, and reporting. Preference for experience working with inventory management systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail, hospitality, supply chain, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience .

Pay Range

USD $57,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.
