As Quality Assurance Manager, you will provide leadership and direction for our North America Supply Chain quality assurance teams by developing and maintaining all policies & procedures for operations to adhere to as the center of excellence. This position is located at our Junction City, KS distribution center and is not a remote work opportunity. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and own all quality assurance policies, procedures, and expectations across the entire DC network to ensure standards are in alignment with all of our key vendors (i.e. Nike, Adidas, Puma, New Balance, Converse) Develop and standardize inventory quality assurance to improve customer product satisfaction scores as well as protect the Foot Locker brand Set KPIs for quality assurance in North America and support ICQA Operations Managers to ensure they are achieving expectations Analyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions within our incoming inspection and product return processes Lead quality audits to validate the DC is adhering to established procedures Own communication to vendor relations team to provide consistent feedback to vendors to continue to improve product quality for retail stores Partner with finance to develop reporting on total cost of quality to include rework, scrap, return to vendor, and any other cost related to non-conforming product Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a significant improvement in total cost of quality and customer satisfaction scores for e-commerce orders Innovate strategy and technologies to drive continuous improvement Drive proactive change management to all levels of the team impacted by process change Role model behaviors aligned to a value based, customer-centric, high performing culture with an emphasis on embracing our competencies and delivering with subject matter expertise Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred 7+ years combined experience in inventory control and quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Green belt in Six Sigma required; black belt preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to make meaningful decisions that improve operational outcomes Ability to travel 25-50% of the time domestically across the United States Proven track record of implementing inventory control initiatives that resulted in improved accuracy, efficiency, and cost savings Proficient in developing quality standards and standardizing SOPs Demonstrated experience in presenting to Executive leadership team & board of directors Success owning projects and influencing across all levels of an organization Detail-oriented and results driven High level of resourcefulness, sound reasoning, and problem-solving skills to analyze root causes and implement long-term solutions Leadership experience with continuous improvement methodologies #LI-AF1 Benefits The annual base salary range is $80,000 - $100,000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
