Server - In Room Dining

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Server. The Server will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests by providing energetic and enthusiastic food and beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate the individual needs of the guests and provide tailored recommendations
• Record, input, and close guests’ orders while maintaining a high attention to detail
• Retain comprehensive, up-to-date menu knowledge
• Ensure guest satisfaction and retention
• Adhere to food and beverage timing and safety standards
• Collaborate effectively with team members to provide seamless service
• Demonstrate a commitment to the preservation of The Breakers culture and executing the highest standards of service

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry required
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide outstanding guest service
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
