LF Loadout Specialist

What You'll Do
Barrett Petfood is hiring a full-time Loadout Specialist in Little Falls, MN. This role exists to keep flour moving accurately and safely in our facility and supporting smooth operations in our raw ingredients department.
SHIFTS AVAILALBLE
1ST SHIFT (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM) at $21-$23/hr
3RD SHIFT (Mon-Fri, 10PM- 630AM) at $24-$26/hr
Key responsibilities include
- Receive trailers
- Load and unload flour trailers
- Check silos and north winds system
- Keep loadout areas organized and follow all safety and quality expectations
- Clean, scrape, sweep and mop trailers
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking through the factory.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
Your Workday Snapshot
You'll start the morning by checking the day's shipping priorities and getting your area set up for a smooth flow. Throughout the shift, you'll stay on the move between staging and loadout, communicating with teammates as timing changes and trucks arrive. You'll wrap up by making sure the loadout space is clean, organized, and ready for the next day, then head out with your afternoons free.
