IT Project Manager - (26000GCU)

Project Description

Ensure the end-to-end delivery of the ERP system upgrade project through effective coordination of internal teams and external partners (IT Vendors), guaranteeing compliance with timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Specifically, you will be required to

• Lead the ERP upgrade project end-to-end
• Planning, execution, testing, migration, and go-live, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget.
• Manage vendor relationships and deliverables
• Coordinate IT Vendor deliverables, ensuring alignment between core system development and integration activities.
• Ensure technical integration between ERP and the IT ecosystem
• Coordinate APIs and satellite applications in collaboration with IT Architecture and technical teams.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and translate business requirements into clear IT deliverables
• Facilitate workshops and alignment between Business, IT, and external vendors.
• Manage critical project risks
• Identify and mitigate risks related to delays, external dependencies, data migration, and go-live stability.
• Project planning and monitoring
• Develop and maintain the PASS upgrade project plan, ensuring continuous progress tracking and reporting.
• Define project interdependencies
• Identify and manage dependencies with other project streams, including Product, Digitalization, and IT Architecture.
• Coordinate testing activities
• Work closely with the Test Lead to define the testing strategy and oversee execution of the testing plan.
• Ownership of the relationship with RGI
• Act as the ASSU representative and primary point of accountability for interactions and coordination with RGI.
• Project reporting and dashboard management
• Prepare and maintain dashboards related to the PASS project, including PASS integration with other systems, project status, risks, and progress indicators.

Profile

• Strong IT technical knowledge and understanding of relevant technology concepts.
• Proven experience in IT solution implementation and transformation projects.
• Project Management certification is a plus, or solid knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
