Travel Sales Associate

Full-Time | Onsite | Altamonte Springs, FL

About the Role

A well-established travel brand is growing its Reservations Sales team and is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join the team.

In this role, you'll take inbound calls from customers interested in premium cruise and land vacation packages. You'll learn about their travel goals, recommend the best options, and guide them through the booking process. If you enjoy connecting with people, thrive in a sales environment, and love helping customers create memorable experiences, this is an excellent opportunity.

No travel industry experience is required—we provide comprehensive training. What matters most is your ability to build rapport, ask thoughtful questions, and confidently close sales.

Schedule

This position follows a rotating schedule

  • Week 1: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Week 2: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM , including weekends, with two weekdays off

Candidates must be comfortable working this rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends.

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound sales calls and build strong relationships with prospective customers
  • Learn each customer's travel preferences and recommend the best cruise and vacation packages
  • Provide accurate quotes and confidently guide customers through the booking process
  • Overcome objections and identify alternative vacation options when needed
  • Meet performance goals related to sales conversions, revenue, and customer satisfaction
  • Accurately complete booking documentation and administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, supportive environment
  • Maintain compliance with FTC guidelines, Seller of Travel regulations, and company policies

What We're Looking For

  • Previous sales experience required; call center or hospitality experience is a plus
  • A competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve results
  • Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and a rotating schedule
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
