Position Overview

As a German Speaking Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest cabins and public areas on board our luxury cruise ships. You will work closely with a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that each guest's needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest cabins according to company standards
• Ensure public areas are tidy and well-maintained
• Stock and replenish supplies in guest cabins and public areas
• Assist with laundry and ironing services for guests
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate effectively with other housekeeping staff and crew members
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and products
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays
