Primary Responsibilities

  • Connect with travelers to understand their vacation preferences, interests, and goals
  • Assist with exploring destinations, resorts, cruises, tours, and travel experiences
  • Provide helpful recommendations and information tailored to client needs
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and support itinerary development
  • Share reservation details, travel documents, schedules, and important trip updates
  • Assist with travel modifications, special requests, and service-related inquiries
  • Monitor upcoming trips and help ensure arrangements are completed accurately
  • Maintain organized client records and documentation within company platforms
  • Utilize approved resources and supplier information to support travel planning
