Role Overview

Are you passionate about helping others plan unforgettable vacations while building valuable sales and customer service skills? We are expanding our remote team and seeking enthusiastic, goal-oriented individuals to join us as Vacation Sales Specialists.

In this role, you'll work with travelers to identify their vacation goals, recommend travel experiences that match their interests, and assist them in securing travel arrangements that fit their needs and budget. You'll combine relationship-building, customer support, and travel knowledge to help clients confidently plan memorable getaways.

Whether clients are interested in all-inclusive resorts, cruises, family vacations, romantic escapes, group travel, or international adventures, you'll play an important role in helping them discover exciting travel opportunities and turn their plans into reality.

No previous travel industry experience is required. Comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective and existing clients to discuss travel interests and vacation goals
  • Research destinations, resorts, cruise lines, tours, and vacation packages
  • Recommend travel options based on client preferences, schedules, and budgets
  • Present vacation opportunities and assist clients with selecting the best-fit experiences
  • Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, and travel-related services
  • Guide clients through the reservation and planning process
  • Communicate professionally through phone, email, and virtual communication platforms
  • Work with supplier partners to confirm bookings and travel arrangements
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, reservations, and itineraries
  • Stay informed about travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination updates
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire client journey

Qualifications

  • Interest in sales, customer service, hospitality, travel, or relationship-focused roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and develop positive client relationships
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online applications
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and professional attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
