Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (OR) Circulator

Position Overview

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (OR) Circulator to join a collaborative surgical services team in Los Alamos, New Mexico . In this role, you will provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care, ensuring patient safety before, during, and after surgical procedures while serving as a vital member of the operating room team.

The OR Circulator will collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and other healthcare professionals to maintain a safe, efficient, and patient-centered surgical environment. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $65,000 to $75,000 annually based on experience and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic perioperative setting.

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico or eligibility for licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operating room environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Operating Room (OR) or Perioperative nursing experience preferred.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Experience circulating a variety of surgical specialties.
• Knowledge of sterile technique, surgical instrumentation, and perioperative patient safety standards.
