UCH MDM Project Analyst (Hybrid) – Duluth, GA

Contract: Through January 2027

Location: Hybrid – Duluth, GA (Local candidates or those willing to relocate/travel are encouraged to apply.)

90-95/hr plus per Diem

Our client, a global leader in the pharmaceutical and animal health industry, is seeking an experienced MDM Project Analyst to support a large-scale Master Data Management (MDM) initiative. This role focuses on improving the quality, integrity, and governance of enterprise customer and contact data, including veterinarians, clinics, and farms.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced MDM professionals with a background in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.

Relocation & Travel

Candidates residing outside the Duluth, GA area are welcome to apply. A travel/per diem package is available for qualified consultants who must temporarily relocate for the duration of the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and profile enterprise contact and customer data to identify data quality issues, trends, and inconsistencies.
• Support data cleansing, standardization, enrichment, and validation efforts.
• Test and validate match/merge logic and survivorship rules within the MDM platform.
• Perform data reconciliation between source systems, MDM, and downstream applications.
• Validate new and updated record processing (delta detection) across multiple source systems.
• Develop and execute test plans for data loads, integrations, and transformation processes.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect tracking and validation.
• Analyze customer affiliations, hierarchies, and relationship structures.
• Monitor data quality metrics and investigate anomalies.
• Prepare reports, extracts, and analytical summaries supporting governance and business decision-making.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and data governance groups to ensure high-quality master data.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, Data Governance, or Data Stewardship.
• Strong experience with:
• Data profiling
• Data cleansing and validation
• Data reconciliation
• SQL
• UAT/Test Case development
• Data quality analysis
• Experience working with enterprise customer/contact master data.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Veeva Network or another enterprise MDM platform such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, Semarchy, Profisee, or SAP MDG.
• Experience supporting Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or Animal Health organizations.
• Experience with customer hierarchies, affiliations, match/merge logic, and survivorship rules.
• Experience supporting enterprise data governance initiatives.
