Key Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team in planning, execution, and delivery of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium and Playwright .
• Define and implement automation strategies for web applications across multiple browsers and platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development teams to understand business and technical requirements.
• Review functional requirements and create comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Execute API testing using REST APIs and automation tools where applicable.
• Monitor automation execution, analyze failures, and provide actionable reports to stakeholders.
• Drive defect management activities, including defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
• Ensure automation scripts are maintainable, reusable, and aligned with project standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support production validation, release verification, and post-deployment testing.
