Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities for AI-driven solutions within mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Engage CXOs, business leaders, and technical stakeholders to articulate the business value of AI-led transformation.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to solution positioning, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to align customer needs with AI capabilities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline while consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Establish long-term strategic relationships with customers and ecosystem partners.
- Contribute to market-entry and expansion strategies as part of scaling operations in India.

- Proven experience in business development or enterprise sales , preferably selling AI, data, automation, or emerging technology solutions .
- Background in innovative or product-led technology environments rather than large, traditional software implementation programs.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into tangible business outcomes.
- Experience selling to mid-market companies and larger organizations across industries.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in a high-growth, evolving market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
