Job description

Our client is a fast-growing, entrepreneurial law firm seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing & Business Operations Coordinator to support both marketing initiatives and day-to-day business operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating efficient processes while helping drive business growth.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing marketing campaigns, coordinating projects, analyzing business performance, and supporting operational initiatives. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

  • Coordinate and execute digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
  • Manage the firm's social media presence, including content scheduling and engagement.
  • Assist with website updates and coordinate with external vendors when necessary.
  • Develop marketing materials, presentations, newsletters, and promotional content.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and client communications.
  • Track marketing metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance.
  • Assist with branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Coordinate sponsorships, events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain the firm's CRM and marketing databases.

Business Operations

  • Assist leadership with operational projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop, document, and improve internal processes and workflows.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics.
  • Support vendor relationships and oversee various administrative functions.
  • Monitor project timelines and follow up on outstanding action items.
  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and operational reporting.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and technology.
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to support business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, business operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media management.
  • Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, or similar marketing tools is a plus.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a professional services or legal environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or Trello.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience creating reports and analyzing business data.
