PROJECT DIRECTOR (EVENTS)
Experiential Agency, Singapore
Our client is a full-service communications agency that offers online and hybrid events, marketing campaigns, video production and event technology for some big-name clients within transport, tourism, healthcare, tech and more.
They're now looking to hire a Project Director to lead their experiential events division. You'll oversee a team of Project Managers, lead client relationships and be responsible for the divisions commercial performance. You'll report directly to the Agency MD and be involved in senior management discussions.
What you'll be doing
- Leading and mentoring a team of around 6 Project Managers
- Building and managing long-term client relationships
- Overseeing the P&L for the division
- Setting up clear processes and workflows to strengthen operations
- Planning and delivering a mix of events (creative and corporate)
What you bring
- At least 10 years of experience working in events / similar roles
- Experience driving year-on-year revenue growth
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Strong understanding of financial management, such as overseeing a P&L
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
