Work Setup
Location: Austin, TX
Schedule: Hybrid | Monday–Thursday onsite, Friday remote, with additional remote flexibility based on performance
Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through proactive outreach
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to support hiring needs
• Recruit for IT, engineering, project management, and related positions
• Maintain high recruiting activity and candidate engagement
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Qualifications
• 2+ years of recruiting experience required
• Background in IT, engineering, or technical recruiting preferred
• Agency recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Experience recruiting for professional/functional roles is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and growth-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Leadership experience is a plus for senior-level consideration
Compensation & Growth
• Base salary ranges from approximately $55K–$65K, depending on experience level
• Uncapped commission, bonuses, and additional earning potential available
• Strong advancement opportunities within a growing recruiting team
• Target start date: Mid-June to Mid-July
