Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Assistant, Training & Development, reports under the supervision of the Head of Training & Development. He/she is responsible to provide administrative and operational support within the Training and Development Department.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise and coordinate with BUs all training & development activities, training completions and follow-ups.
  • Assists in the administration of external training requests.
  • Manages and maintains in-house training facilities and equipment.
  • Supports the planning and organising of training room bookings and allocations, preparation of training materials/equipment and room set-ups.
  • Maintains training database, systems, and applications.
  • Helps in designing and updating presentations including its creative aspects.
  • Delivers training programs as assigned.
  • Participates in cross-organisational projects and brainstorming as directed by the Head of Training and Development.
  • Ensures that all required duties are performed on time, to achieve the approved training plans and timelines.
  • Follow and implement HR policy and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Gaming Management, or another relevant subject.
  • Exposure in supporting training and development department is a factor but not a must.
  • An HRDA trainer accreditation will be considered an advantage.

Salary range 1600 euro gross, 13 salary + 20% from salary easter bonus
