About the Role

We have an opportunity at our Emerald branch in our brand-new, state-of-the-art workshop for a Service Technician.

This is a varied role that will see you working on a range of John Deere Agriculture equipment, from general service and repairs to major overhauls and new machine assembly.

You’ll get the opportunity to work on

• Tractors
• Combine Harvesters
• Sprayers
• Cotton Pickers
• Ride-on mowers and power tools

As a Service Technician, you will

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on John Deere agricultural machinery
• Complete major overhauls and engine rebuilds
• Assemble and commission new equipment
• Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
• Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement

We’re looking for someone who

• Holds a Mechanical Trade Certificate
• Has experience with engine overhauls, electrical, hydraulic, and diagnostic systems
• Possesses a current and valid driver’s licence
• Brings a mature attitude and a logical, methodical approach to problem-solving
• High-risk work tickets and/or licenses would be highly regarded
